Network & Internet Support in Springfield & Kansas City
When the Wi-Fi drops or the internet crawls, work stops. We look after the parts that keep your office connected: the internet line, the firewall, the switches and the wireless access points.
We watch them, keep them updated and backed up, and deal with your internet provider when the connection goes down, so you don't spend the morning on hold.
Sound familiar?
- The Wi-Fi is fine in one room and useless in the next
- The internet goes down and nobody knows whether it's the provider or the office
- The firewall and router came from the internet provider and nobody has looked at them since
- Nobody has the passwords for the network equipment, or a map of what's plugged in where
- You're moving offices, adding a location or growing past what the network was built for
What we do
- Business internet set up properly, and we deal with your provider when the connection drops
- A backup internet connection, if your business can't afford to be offline
- Monitoring of firewalls, switches and wireless access points
- Firmware updates and configuration backups
- Wi-Fi planned around where people actually work
- A network map and documentation that you keep
- Business-grade equipment, including Meraki and UniFi
These are examples of what we do, not the limit of it.
How we start
- 1
We walk through the space, list the equipment and test the connection and Wi-Fi where people actually sit.
- 2
We fix the weak spots in order: security first, then reliability, then speed, and draw the network map.
- 3
We keep watch, apply updates, and handle the internet provider when something goes wrong.
Questions
Do we need new equipment?
Not always. We start with what you have, and only suggest replacing something when it's insecure, unsupported or genuinely holding you back. If you do need new gear, we quote it in writing.
Can you deal with our internet provider for us?
Yes. When the connection drops, we check whether it's the line or the office, and we contact the provider for you.
Is a backup internet connection worth it?
It depends on what an afternoon offline costs you. For businesses that take card payments, run phones over the internet or work in the cloud all day, a second connection that takes over by itself is often worth it.
