Elevate IT Solutions is founder-led. Our founder has worked in IT since 2007, for owner-led shops and for publicly traded companies.

That range taught one lesson: no single setup works for every business. So we start by understanding how yours works, who does what, what slows people down and what's coming next. Then we design the technology around it.

You work with the people who design your systems, and everything we set up stays yours: passwords, accounts, licenses and documentation, kept in your name.

Most IT work is done remotely today, and it's faster that way: no waiting for someone to drive over. When something needs hands on it, we come to you. That's within about 90 minutes of Bolivar, and the Kansas City metro by appointment (placeholder).

We're based in Bolivar, in Polk County. We work with businesses across Southwest Missouri and the Kansas City metro:

• Springfield and Southwest Missouri: Polk, Greene, Christian, Webster, Dallas, Hickory, Cedar and Dade counties
• Kansas City metro: Jackson, Cass, Clay and Platte counties

Since 2007, our founder has designed and run IT for businesses of every size, from small shops to a company of nearly 500 people. There, over six months, several locations across the US and Europe got new networks, servers, backups and cabling, one central phone system and one Microsoft 365 email system, all managed from one place. Then our founder hired and trained the team that runs it.

Platforms we work with: Microsoft, Google Cloud and AWS; Meraki and UniFi networks; SentinelOne, Guardz and Ironscales for security and email protection; Axcient and Backblaze for backup; and HP, Dell, Lenovo and ASUS hardware.
