Questions
How do on-site visits work in Kansas City?
We plan them with you in advance, for the work that genuinely needs someone there: installs, moves and hardware. Everything else is handled remotely, which is usually quicker.
Is remote support enough for us?
For most offices, yes. Accounts, email, security, backups and most computer problems are all handled remotely. We'll tell you honestly if your setup needs more hands-on time.
