Usually not. Most of the time the best answer is to connect what you already use, or automate the step in between.
Who owns what you build?
You do, once it's paid for: what we build for you and its documentation are yours to use and keep, and the accounts it runs in are in your name.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we'd recommend it. We'd rather solve one real problem well, then build on it once it's proven.
