Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace Support

Your email, files, calendars and accounts are the heart of daily work. We set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace properly, move you onto it without losing anything, and keep it tidy as people come and go.

That means the right license for each person, shared mailboxes and folders that match how you work, and sign-in and sharing settings that keep company data in the company. It's all in your name.

Sound familiar?

  • Your business email still runs on an old host, or on someone's personal account
  • Files live on one person's computer, in personal Dropbox accounts and in email attachments
  • You're paying for licenses for people who left months ago
  • Nobody is sure who the account administrator is
  • You're moving from one platform to the other and don't want to lose a thing

What we do

  • Set-up and moves to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: email, files and calendars
  • The right license for each person, so you're not paying for what nobody uses
  • Shared mailboxes, calendars and groups that match how your team works
  • Sign-in and sharing settings that keep company data in the company
  • Accounts set up for new starters, and closed properly for leavers

These are examples of what we do, not the limit of it.

How we start

  1. 1

We look at what you use today: where email and files live, who has which account, and who holds the admin keys.

  2. 2

We plan the set-up or move, put the admin accounts in your name, and move email, files and calendars over.

  3. 3

We keep accounts, licenses and sharing tidy as the business changes.

Questions

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: which should we use?

Both are good. It usually comes down to what your people already know and the software your business relies on. We'll tell you honestly which fits, and we support either.

Will we lose email when we move?

No. We copy existing email, files and calendars across, and plan the switch so new mail keeps arriving throughout.

Who holds the admin keys?

You do. The administrator accounts and the domain are in your business's name, and we work in them with your permission.

Talk it through with us. Thirty minutes, no pitch.

We work with businesses in Springfield and Southwest Missouri and the Kansas City metro.
